Refunds and Cancellation Policy

1. UPI Transactions

UPI transactions processed through Deonics Technologies Pvt. Ltd. are instant and cannot be cancelled once initiated.

If a user enters an incorrect UPI ID or mobile number, Deonics is not liable for the misdirected payment.

For failed transactions or delays, users are advised to wait at least 30 minutes before contacting support.

2. Debit/Credit Card Transactions

In case of any issues related to transactions via Debit or Credit Cards:

The complaint will be addressed as per our internal escalation matrix and resolved in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.

3. Refund Process

All refund requests will be validated case-by-case in compliance with the applicable legal framework.

The refund will only be initiated after transaction verification and investigation by our technical and operations team.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

4. Cancellation Requests

Services once availed or digital products once delivered cannot be cancelled unless otherwise explicitly agreed.

In the case of duplicate or erroneous transactions, users are requested to raise a refund request immediately.
